2 weeks ago, I ordered a shirt from polo.com, and I still had not received it, so I called the customer assistance hotline this afternoon. The guy told me that they were temporarily out of those shirts, so they just cancelled my order - without even notifiying me! :? He also told me that polo.com did not have a backorder policy, although the website clearly states:

Back Orders and Partial Shipments
Occasionally, due to high demand, some items may be temporarily out of stock. We will update you with the projected shipping date of such items via email or letter. Back orders will be shipped using the same routing method of the initial order as soon as the item becomes available. (Please note: if we ship multiple items in partial shipments, you will be charged only one shipping charge.)

This really angered me… moreover, he had no idea when they would get more shirts in stock This makes me not wanna order anything from there again, however, I really want the shirt! hehe

Not much happened today… I had a meeting with my advisor this afternoon about classes for next semester. It will be a toughie! I just finished playing Halo with my boyfriend and his roommates, now I have to go study … fun fun!
