It’s *finally* beginning to feel a lot like Christmas here! Earlier this week, I bought a pair of Rainbow sandals (which are super comfortable, I might add) since I had given up on the cold weather. Needless to say, I only got to wear them twice 
Speaking of Christmas, my mom is currently searching for me a puppy! I think she feels sorry for me because I was quite disappointed last weekend. Last Friday she phoned to tell me that her friend was giving away a toy poodle and wanted me to have her. I called the lady several times, but she never answered. Finally, I got in touch with her Sunday afternoon only to learn that she’d changed her mind about the puppy 
Although I expected the lady to change her mind, I was still sad. I’ve wanted a puppy for a long time, but my parents didn’t want to pay the outrageous pet deposit at my apartment. Now that I have a job, I can pay the deposit myself. At first I wanted a pound or shelter pup, but I think my mom wants me to get a full-bred instead. I just want a lapdog that I can carry around in a handbag

It’s been cold here, too. They were predicting a lot of snow tomorrow but they’ve changed it. Now they’re predicting it for Friday. I love snow.

Its the total opposite in Sydney bubs!!! its like 35-45 degrees celcius (i think around 90-100 degrees farinheit or sonething like that) im wearing skirts and singlets and going to the local pool!

The summer is finally over in Texas too, finally! I’m loving the cool weather…it sure is a nice break after all that heat and humidity. I hope you get the best puppy ever! I’d give you my lap dog, but, well…you’d probably prefer a puppy. My lap dog is…how shall I say this…high strung? Well, that’s putting it mildly…

Thats actually the brand name. I’m from southern california (from where most kids like to call now a days, “The OC”) and they are super popular around these parts. I own them and don’t know anyone who doesn’t.

I’m not much of a winter person myself. Heck, I’ll wear flip-flops in the dead of winter if I had my way.
I’ve been wanting a puppy too for the longest time! But I can’t have it!

hola! Im sorry you didn’t get to wear your sandles a lot! Thats sad! We just had our first big snow storm here (reno,nv) the other day and the next day it all melted! We get a lot of snow but people don’t usualy belive that. Anywho, good luck on the puppy!
