Yes, I have quite frequently. It hasn’t happened as much lately (in the past week or two) but there for awhile it was happening a lot. Sometimes I was trying to view the site through http://bubblessoc.net and it didn’t work but http://www.bubblessoc.net did work (or vice versa, I can’t remember).
So to answer your question, yes, but not as much as often as before.
