Sarah’s Flickr set inspired me to dig out my Nintendo DS Lite and play AC:WW again. Since it had been over a year since I last played, I decided to rebuild my town (and give it a proper name). I’m currently paying off my third mortgage to Tom Nook and I’ve become an amazing fisherman (snagging several octopi!) If you are interested in exchanging friend codes please let me know! I’ve never had visitors nor have I ventured outside the gates

ahhh animal crossing… good times! I don’t really play it anymore but I might start again once I get motivated enough to do so… I used to be so obsessed, it isn’t healthy.

Hate to say it, but the feeling of the game reminds me of (the old) neopets. Play it, get bored, go back, love it, get bored, repeat.

Aww I LOVE animal crossing, I haven’t been able to start fishing lol, how do you do that? I’ve stayed like trying to fish for 10 minutes and nothing happens, so I just gave up

As soon as the fish pulls the bait under (it makes a “plop” sound), reel it in! Don’t reel before or after or the fish will swim away
