I have only 3 topics, but I have a huge project on natural language processing to do. I'm attempting to make a system that uses a grammar (which I am also constructing from scratch) to randomly generate and evaluate Japanese sentences, so basically a parser - in Python o_o Yeah, I threw myself into the deep end but I have a good computational linguist as my supervisor. I've already changed my plan like 5 times. My taught modules are: text searching and processing, advanced security topics and something to do with the intarwebs. I still have three exams to come this month though for cryptography, artificial intelligence and internet systems. I completely ditched any algorithms focussed modules for reasons that are probably quite apparent to you. ;) God forbid if I should ever encounter lambda calculus. Good luck. :D My last semester in CS too.
