Yep, I go with Twitter! I use TwitterFox so they are always right there, I love it. Anyway, if you have an easy way to update Twitter like that it would be a lot easier than going to your admin panel or wherever to make a little side blog.

I prefer sideblogs/asides. The thing is that EE hasn’t any plugin, so I’m stuck with Twitter.
