Wow, it’s snowing outside right now! I literally haven’t seen snow in 4 years. Too bad it’s not sticking

Had to buy a new set of headphones tonight… I have the worst luck with headphones. One side always shorts out… does that ever happen to you? I’m guessing it’s because I sleep with them on at night. I recently had two sets of these. Pixie ate the first set, and the right earpiece shorted out of the second. I really enjoyed them, but I hated paying $40 for headphones

School starts back this Wednesday. Maybe I’ll make some decent grades for a change I’m taking:

I just washed an entire load of laundry only to realize afterwards that I forgot to add the detergent I’m up washing clothes because I’m scared I won’t have any power to do it for the next few days. We lost power during Hurricane Ivan and it was so hot… that was in September! I can’t even imagine how hot it will be without power in the middle of July. According to CNN, Dennis is still supposed to be a category-1 hurricane when it hits us here in Tuscaloosa… I’m kind of scared.

I got a postcard from my friend Marie who is studying abroad in Spain this summer, how exciting! I’m so jealous I also found out that a fellow cheerleader from high school is pregnant. Now I have an excuse to buy the adorable octopus baby toy I saw while shopping the other day. When you squeeze one of his legs, he plays music and his cheeks light up! It is sooooo cute. I couldn’t find it anywhere on the internet, so I better go buy it tomorrow since there weren’t many left.

Laundry is finished… gotta go fold clothes!

Oh yeah, I forgot, I finally got a Tabulas. Check out the layout … I think it’s adorable!

Oh I just love weekends! I sleep all day and get absolutely nothing accomplished… how fun!! *sarcasm* Seriously, the only thing I did was wash a load of clothes and clean my bathtub. Sad.

I’ve been coding html in Notepad for years and I just recently discovered the joy of ‘Find’ and ‘Replace’ I’m working on validating my site XHTML Strict, but it may take a while. I installed Dodosmail 2.0 on my contact page. The new version is great! I love being able to use my skins on the error pages (Ahh, the simple pleasures in life!) Go ahead and test it out if ya want Wordpress 1.5 was recently released, but I doubt I’ll upgrade anytime soon.

I had the greatest dream last night. It was so real… I was in space! I know that sounds dumb, but I was looking down at the earth from the shuttle and it was like I was actually there. This dream also inspired me to start writing yet ANOTHER story LOL

I really need to get in bed since I have to wake up early and complete the homework that I should’ve done over the weekend 100,000,000 kisses to Renay for my *adorable* Valentine!

Tuan is my idol!!! His newest layout is sooo amazing. I’m so jealous!

Anyone have any big Valentine’s Day plans? William and I are probably going to wait until this weekend to celebrate. He has an 8-page paper due on Tuesday and I have a CS project due on Wednesday. I haven’t even bought him a gift yet We were going to drive up to Birmingham to dine at a new Japanese restaurant, but I guess we’ll have to settle for something around here instead.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful anime suggestions. So far I’ve only been able to download Bleach and Peach Girl, but I plan to check out all of them. Naruto keeps getting better and better. The latest chapter (247) was awesome. I was so surprised by the revelations!

Eh, sorry again for not blogging… I still haven’t been in a ‘websitey‘ mood I was really sick over the weekend, so I did absolutely nothing for 4 days straight. Well, nothing besides draw. There are three things that can keep me occupied for hours: drawing, writing, and webdesign. Not too long ago, I was working on a fanfiction. Now, I’m in a drawing mood. Hopefully my webdesign mood is just around the corner… I’m getting sick of this layout.

Does anyone know anything about Add-On Domains? I registered a free .info domain name for my friend at DomainSite, but I’m not sure how to redirect it to my webspace. Any advice would be greatly appreciated You can either leave a comment or email me.

My poor laptop is struggling. The ‘2′, ‘S’, and ‘Z’ keys are missing. Half the time, my touchpad mouse doesn’t even work I really need to pack it up and send it back to Dell so that they can repair it. I don’t know how much longer she’s gonna survive.

So this weekend William and I were leaving the apartment complex to get some food when I noticed an Iowa license plate. I thought it might be fun to drive around the parking lot and see how many different states I could find. I was amazed to find 17 different plates — California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas — all in our small parking lot! I’m amused easily as you can probably tell

Sorry for not blogging lately. Thanks to my friends at Tunapuff Forums, I’ve developed a new, unhealthy obsession for Naruto That is one excellent anime! I made William watch a couple of episodes with me. He even liked it, which means it must be pretty good, considering he doesn’t care much for cartoons. I’ve downloaded and watched 70+ episodes since Saturday. Pretty sad, huh? Seriously though, if you like anime, you should definitely check out this series. I’ve posted the storyline (spoilers) below, if you’re interested.

In a concealed village, a young man hides within a bunch of leaves. His name is Uzumaki Naruto, a mischievous boy attending Ninja Academy.

Everyday, he does nothing but cause mischief and making Iruka-sensei mad. And above all, it’s doubtful that he’ll be able to graduate from the Academy. But Naruto has a dream… A dream that he’ll become the head of the Ninja village, following Hokage and will become the best ninja around.

However, all the adults in the village give Naruto cold looks. The truth is, Naruto has a secret about his birth. 12 years ago, “Kyuubi no Youko” (Nine Tailed Fox - A kind of evil spirit who tormented the village, was sealed within Naruto’s body who was, at the time, a baby. The head of the academy, Mizuki, uses Naruto to steal the “Fuujin Scrolls” and makes Naruto understand his past. Naruto is outraged.

Even with Iruka’s help, Naruto just barely defeats Mizuki. Knowing Naruto’s secret, Iruka knows Naruto will meet someone who’ll help him and so, makes a decision. Naruto is allowed to graduate safely from Ninja Academy. Along with his classmates, Uchiwa Sasuke and Haruno Sakura together, they make their first step as Ninjas!

Thanks again for all the guinea pig advice. Actually, Coco and I sort of bonded over the weekend. Now, she seems to enjoy cuddling in my lap. While I rub her back, she will stretch one of her legs out to the side… it’s such an adorable sight! I’ll try to snap a photo of her next time.
