Sarah’s Flickr set inspired me to dig out my Nintendo DS Lite and play AC:WW again.  Since it had been over a year since I last played, I decided to rebuild my town (and give it a proper name).  I’m currently paying off my third mortgage to Tom Nook and I’ve become an amazing fisherman (snagging several octopi!)  If you are interested in exchanging friend codes please let me know!  I’ve never had visitors nor have I ventured outside the gates

So the best television series ever returned for its fifth season tonight.  Too bad my DVR decided not to record the first hour I was, however, able to watch the second half.  Will and I discussed the episode’s events through text messages:

Dune Messiah is much better than Dune so far. Can’t wait for the new Dune movie.

School’s back in full force… that’s why I haven’t been around much lately. I have 2 projects due and an exam this week Will and I have $100 riding on our GPAs this semester. I finished reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. I must say, one of the best books I’ve ever read. Extremely fast paced, there wasn’t a moment without action concerning the main characters. As far as I know (as I haven’t read all the books yet), JKR did a wonderful job of tying up all the loose ends. Two chapters brought tears to my eyes!

Have you seen the preview for the new Pixar movie, WALL•E? If not, you MUST check it out! The movie is about a lonely robot who finds love I’m in love with the cute little robot, who reminds me of my childhood friend, Herman.

I’ve always loved the Pixar films, most notably: Toy Story, A Bug’s Life and Finding Nemo. I’ve yet to see Toy Story 2 or The Incredibles, but both are on my must-watch list

When it comes to movies, I have a boy’s taste. Give me an action/adventure over a romantic comedy any day. Since I was a little girl, 3 film franchises have stood out in my mind as my favorites — James Bond, Indiana Jones, and Star Wars.

For Christmas my parents gave me the James Bond Ultimate Edition (all four volumes!) Although I’ve seen all 21 Bond movies over a billion times, I’ll still pop one in when I’m bored.
