When I'm not busy programming you'll probably find me writing, drawing, reading, shopping, eating, or playing Monopoly.
My poor website! She’s been neglected for almost 4 months 
Contributing reasons to my absence include Halo 3 (although I really haven’t played since May), reading, and school (I’m taking Physics this summer 
). I also didn’t have my Powerbook for about 3 months, but Apple repaired and returned her yesterday!
I’m working on several projects at the moment (layout for Jays, button board for Charlene, MyQuilt Admin 3.0, etc.), so I’m putting the button rotation script on hold. I’ll probably release it sometime this fall, so please remind me 
Mine and Will’s 5-year anniversary was June 26th, but both of us forgot 
Will sent me a bouquet of beautiful flowers yesterday to compensate for his memory lapse 
Last night, my parents and I attended the College of Engineering honors ceremony where I received a nice little plaque for my award 
Sadly, I didn’t get any pictures because my camera battery died… I wanted to show off the cute dress I bought for the occasion!
After the ceremony, my parents took Will and me to our favorite Japanese restaurant 
I filled up on sushi before the chef arrived at our hibachi, so I have an entire meal awaiting me in the fridge.
My V-Day was great! Yesterday morning around 7am, Will surprised me with a teddy bear that is as big as me!
Later in the day, he brought me some tulips…
…and an itty bitty bear…
I was so excited because I’ve always wanted tulips (my favorite flowers) but never received any. Last night, Will and me ate at Cypress Inn (a local fancy restaurant) with Al and Liz The grilled jumbo shrimp was amazing! I even had leftovers for lunch today.
Sunday was our three-year anniversary… too bad William is still in D.C. 
He did send me some purty flowers … the prettiest I’ve ever received!
I’ve been working on the website for the U of A Philosophy Department non-stop. It’s a work in progress, but you can catch a sneak-peak of it here.
Batman Begins is really good… 5 out of 5, in my opinion. It’s not silly at all, like some comic book adaptions. I hope to see War of the Worlds this weekend. I’m sure I’ll love it because Steven Spielberg can do no wrong in my eyes

Happy Valentine’s Day! 
Hope yours was as good as mine. I have the best boyfriend on the planet! Will surprised me with a dozen pink roses and a Whitman’s Sampler (my favorite chocolates). He also tied two heart balloons to my car while I was in class. Talk about romantic! This marks our third Valentine’s Day together.
Pixie is growling and barking at my balloon right now, it’s really funny 
Other than the fact that it never snows, I absolutely love the weather here in the south. I wore a tshirt to class today. It felt like early summer outside. I wish that Will and I didn’t have so much homework because we would’ve taken Pixie for a walk in the park this afternoon. Maybe Spring and Summer will come early this year!

I’ve been so bored the past few days without my site.
Saturday was wonderful! William and I celebrated our two-year anniversary We drove to Birmingham, AL to eat at a Japanese restaurant called Stix, which was excellent. We both ordered steak & chicken. I love Japanese food! Next time, we’re ordering sushi as well. I told William since we eat Japanese food so often, we have to learn to use the chopsticks… that’s my new goal.
I would like everyone to meet my new pet guinea pig, CoCo 
She was my other anniversary surprise from William. I wanted a kitten, but I can’t afford one right now. The pet deposit at my apartment is $300 plus $10 added to the rent each month 
I decided to get a cavy (guinea pig) instead of a hamster or a ferret because the people at the pet shop told me that cavies smell much better. CoCo is very loving; however, she is quite skittish. We’re still trying to adjust to one another.

Guess what?? Our two-year anniversary is less than a day away! I’m so excited. It’s hard to believe we’ve been together that long with all the bickering we endure JK I think I’m getting a couple of surprises… one is living + breathing, but that’s all the hints you get! I’m keeping y’all in suspense… I know, I know, I’m so mean.
Last night, we saw Shrek 2 and we absolutely loved it! In my opinion, it’s better than the first Shrek. However, the sequel wouldn’t have been the same without the notorious Puss In Boots! The lil white puppy was adorable, also - she reminded me of my Paislea.
I’m posting this entry from the computer lab because I just finished my latest assignment. It was tough! I wouldn’t have finished it without the aid of a tutor. CS 114 isn’t as easy as I expected. I have a first test story, but I’ll save it for a rainy day
