Earlier today in the Qbee IRC Amelie and Melissa were discussing their old-school websites on the Wayback Machine. I pulled up my old website just for giggles and stumbled upon a gold mine — lost blog entries from high school! Included is a post about my husband just after he had asked me to prom (our first date) ♥

Wow… I can’t believe our wedding is only about 5 months away 
Everything seems to be falling into place but there is still so much to do.
I’m not sure if I mentioned it or not, but the cake is what I’m most excited about

I found my bridesmaid dresses! They are from the Priscilla of Boston Vineyard Collection. When the lady at the shop pointed out Melissa Sweet and Vera Wang dresses I thought we’d be out of luck. Instead we fell in love with the perfect dress at a reasonable price.
I recently spent my Spring Break in Destin, FL meeting with vendors for the wedding 
We set the date for October 31st, 2009 — HALLOWEEN! There will be no black wedding dress nor costumed attendants, although there are a couple of small surprises in store for the guests at the reception 
I made this post private because I don’t want William or IRL friends reading it 
I bought my wedding gown last week 
Not only was it the first dress I tried on but also from the first store I visited! I absolutely detest shopping around for stuff so I was dreading searching for a gown. Originally I wanted this dress but decided it was a bit much for the beach. My gown is apparently a knock-off of a Melissa Sweet gown. I honestly prefer my cheap (only $500) impostor gown
… because William leaves for work in Atlanta, GA tomorrow 
My poor website! She’s been neglected for almost 4 months 
Contributing reasons to my absence include Halo 3 (although I really haven’t played since May), reading, and school (I’m taking Physics this summer 
). I also didn’t have my Powerbook for about 3 months, but Apple repaired and returned her yesterday!
I’m working on several projects at the moment (button board for Charlene, MyQuilt Admin 3.0, etc.), so I’m putting the button rotation script on hold. I’ll probably release it sometime this fall, so please remind me
Mine and Will’s 5-year anniversary was June 26th, but both of us forgot Will sent me a bouquet of beautiful flowers yesterday to compensate for his memory lapse
